Healing here is real, culturally grounded, and made for the ones who are done carrying it all alone.

Led by Dr. Tanya Crabb—a licensed clinical psychologist, Marine Corps veteran, and truth-teller—Soul Works is a space for unfiltered honesty, deep laughter, and soul-level support.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, trauma, or the weight of generational strength, you don’t have to hold it all by yourself anymore. You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to heal. You’re allowed to be seen.

Who We Serve

At Soul Works, we keep it real—because healing should feel like home.

This work is especially supportive for people who are ready for honest, culturally grounded care, including:

  • folks navigating trauma, identity shifts, or major life transitions

  • women carrying the weight of being everything for everyone and craving space to rest and reclaim themselves

  • Black women and BIPOC creatives, leaders, and change-makers

  • first-generation professionals and trailblazers breaking cycles

  • veterans and service members finding their way in and beyond military life

  • anyone tired of therapy that doesn’t honor culture, humor, history, and heart

If you’ve ever felt unseen in therapy, you’re in the right place. Here, there’s no code-switching required—just a space built for your whole self.

What We Offer

Soul Works provides culturally affirming, real-talk mental health care and learning spaces for adults who are ready to:

  • manage anxiety, stress, and burnout

  • heal from personal and intergenerational trauma

  • navigate life transitions like career shifts, parenting changes, or divorce

  • reconnect with identity, purpose, and joy

Ways to Work Together

Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy is the primary clinical offering at Soul Works. This work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in both evidence and lived experience.

Mind–Body & Burnout Workshops

I also offer educational, skills-based workshops focused on burnout, stress, and nervous system care. These workshops are designed as shared learning spaces and are not therapy. They provide practical tools for understanding stress, restoring balance, and supporting sustainable well-being.

Speaking Engagements & Keynotes

Dr. Crabb offers keynote talks, panels, and professional development sessions on burnout, mental health, resilience, and mind–body well-being. These engagements are tailored to organizations, conferences, and community spaces and focus on practical insight that people can actually use.

At Soul Works, healing and growth are approached with honesty, care, and respect for the whole person. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or carry everything alone.
