Individual Therapy with Dr. Tanya Crabb
Real-Talk Healing for Real Life Struggles
Life doesn’t come with a manual — and even if it did, it probably wouldn’t account for the complexities of culture, family expectations, generational patterns, and everything else you’re juggling. That’s where therapy comes in.
At Soul Works Mental Health & Well-Being, individual therapy is all about meeting you where you are — and walking with you toward where you want to be. Whether you’re the strong one everyone leans on, a high-achiever quietly crumbling under pressure, or someone finally ready to face old wounds, this space was built for you.
What We Can Tackle Together
Managing stress & anxiety — especially when “I’m fine” isn’t cutting it anymore
Untangling trauma — personal, generational & collective (because healing what you carry starts with naming it)
Navigating life shifts — career, family, relationships, identity — especially when you’re carrying everyone’s expectations
Finding your purpose — beyond titles, degrees, and what you “should” be (for my first-gen folks and veterans figuring out what’s next)
Building boundaries that protect your peace — without drowning in guilt
Processing grief — not just death, but the loss of relationships, culture, identity, and the life you thought you’d have
Facing burnout — whether it’s the kind you see coming, or the kind that sneaks up after years of being “the strong one”
Owning your story — especially if the world tried to write it for you
What to Expect in Our Work Together
Consultation: We start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
Intake: Your first full session (75 minutes) is about telling your story and setting goals.
Ongoing Work: Sessions are 55 minutes, and we collaborate to build strategies that fit your life, your culture, and your unique needs.
What Makes Our Work Different
This isn’t therapy where you shrink yourself to fit the mold. Here, your whole story — culture, history, humor, language, and lived experience — is welcome. Expect evidence-based approaches grounded in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and authentic conversation.
