Soul Rhythm Workshops:
A Healing Journey for Black Women Rooted in Reflection, Resilience & Reclamation
Soul Rhythm Sessions
A 3-Part Reflective Workshop Series for Black Women
Inspired by the journal: Soul Rhythm – A Black Woman’s Guide to Living with Intention & Purpose
Each session reflects the heart of the journal’s structure: honoring our beginnings, embracing our evolution, and choosing the legacy we wish to create. These workshops are a sacred pause—space for truth-telling, unlearning, and becoming.
Workshop 1: Deeply Rooted – Releasing, Reclaiming & Rooting Yourself
Focus: Exploring the soil we come from—our early experiences, family stories (biological or chosen), and the beliefs we’ve carried (whether planted with love or pain).
Core Themes:
Not everyone comes from nurturing beginnings
Reparenting the self and honoring survival
Choosing what to keep, what to let go, and what to replant
Participants Will:
Reflect on formative narratives and messages from childhood
Explore how trauma, resilience, and love have shaped them
Begin the process of rooting in values that serve their healing
Intention:
To recognize that your past matters, but it does not define you—and you have the power to choose what nourishes your growth going forward.
🌺 Workshop 2: Flow & Flourish – Growing Into Your Power
Focus: Navigating change, healing emotional wounds, and stepping into softness and self-trust without apology.
Core Themes:
The discomfort (and beauty) of growth
Letting go of performance, people-pleasing, and perfection
Embracing rest, boundaries, and vulnerability as strength
Participants Will:
Explore personal patterns around change and transition
Reflect on how they respond to growth—do they resist it, fear it, or invite it?
Identify one area of life where they are ready to expand with grace
Intention:
To reclaim your right to evolve, define strength on your own terms, and flourish without needing to prove your worth.
🔥 Workshop 3: Sacred Legacy – Living & Leaving Your Mark
Focus: Defining legacy as more than survival or sacrifice—centering joy, peace, truth-telling, and healing as gifts to yourself and generations to come.
Core Themes:
Legacy is not just what you leave behind—it’s how you live now
Honoring your journey while disrupting cycles
Making space for softness, abundance, and authenticity
Participants Will:
Reflect on the legacy they inherited and the one they’re choosing
Explore what it means to live intentionally—not just for others, but for themselves
Begin shaping a vision rooted in purpose and freedom
Intention:
To step into your power as an ancestor-in-the-making—living and loving in a way that honors both who you’ve been and who you are becoming.
