What Are Mind-Body Healing Circles?
These unique groups combine guided self-reflection, creative exercises, movement, and mind-body techniques to help you reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re working through stress, trauma, or just feeling disconnected, these circles create space to listen to your body, honor your story, and reclaim your sense of wholeness.
Each session includes:
Grounding exercises to settle your nervous system
