Therapy is the ultimate gift of self-love. You don’t have to push through the pain. You don’t have to fake it till you make it. You are not alone. It takes courage to examine the parts of our life that aren’t working. It’s an act of bravery to question the ways you’ve been taught to live and to forge a new path. It takes strength to ask for support. Therapy is not a sign of weakness or brokenness. Taking care of yourself is brave & badass.
Services include workshops and speaking engagements related to a variety of subjects including effective and preventive people management strategy for organizations such as stress management, vicarious trauma, racial trauma informed practices, military cultural competence, veteran mental health, and resilience.
